Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

However, we understand that sometimes a game might not be the perfect fit for your collection. That’s why we’ve created a straightforward returns process to ensure your complete satisfaction.

  • We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all components sealed and intact.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the item(s) in its original packaging, include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box, and ship it to the address we provide.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

To protect all our customers, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. Based on our analysis, this includes:

  • Opened Games: Any game where the shrink wrap has been removed or components have been unsealed (unless defective). This is a standard industry practice for hygiene and copyright protection.
  • Clearance Sale Items: All products purchased from our “Clearance Sale” section are final sale.
  • Certain Accessories: Personal items like Board Game Bags and Deck Boxes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Digital Products or Gift Cards.

Refunds

After we receive and process your return:

  • Timing: Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Method: The refund will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

Defective or Damaged Items
