Our Return Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all components sealed and intact.
Non-Returnable Items
To protect all our customers, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened Games: Any game where the shrink wrap has been removed or the components have been unsealed, unless it is due to a manufacturer defect.
- Clearance Sale Items: All products purchased from our “Clearance Sale” section are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Accessories: Certain personal accessories, such as Board Game Bags and Deck Boxes, for hygiene reasons.
- Digital Products or Gift Cards.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange process:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, email our friendly support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. You can use the template below to make it easier!
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send the item.
- Ship the Item: Securely pack the item(s) in its original packaging, include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box, and ship it to the address we provide. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days.

Refunds
After we receive and process your return:
- Timing: Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Method: The refund will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that your bank or payment processor may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
- Deductions: The original cost of standard shipping is non-refundable. For free shipping orders, a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount if the return is not due to a error on our part.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different one, the process is the same as a return. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange by shipping the new item to you. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for sending the original item back to us and for the new item to be sent to you, unless the exchange is due to a error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong game).
Defective or Damaged Items
